Field Recruiter

Responsibilities Applicant Attraction & Pipeline Development Attract applicants through job boards, sponsored advertising, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels. Build applicant pipelines to support hiring needs for retail store positions. Job Posting Management Create, activate, and maintain job postings within the ATS and external recruiting channels. Monitor requisition activity and applicant flow to help ensure stores receive sufficient applicant volume to support hiring needs. Recruitment Advertising & Budget Management Manage sponsored job advertising through Indeed and other recruiting channels. Evaluate advertising performance and recommend sponsorship strategies. Balance applicant attraction efforts with recruiting budget considerations to support hiring goals. Applicant Engagement & Recruitment Outreach Contact applicants regarding career opportunities, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives. Confirm applicant attendance, event details, and scheduling preferences for hiring events. Re-engage previous applicants when new opportunities become available. Support targeted recruiting campaigns and applicant pipeline initiatives. Help maintain a positive applicant experience throughout the recruiting process. Hiring Event Coordination Partner with Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Managers to plan and support hiring events. Assess applicant volume and event readiness. Monitor applicant flow leading up to events. Prepare applicant rosters and recruiting materials for field leadership. Coordinate event logistics with field leadership. Recommend recruiting strategies to support event success. Field Leadership Partnership & Recruiting Consultation Build strong working relationships with Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Managers. Identify recruiting challenges and support critical hiring initiatives. Recommend sourcing strategies, hiring event approaches, advertising solutions, and recruiting best practices to support staffing goals. Requisition & Applicant Activity Follow-Up Monitor requisition activity and partner with Store Managers and District Managers to encourage timely applicant review, disposition activity, and overall requisition management. Follow up on aging applicants and inactive requisitions. Encourage applicant review within established timeframes. Promote timely disposition activity and applicant status updates.Provide visibility into applicant flow and pipeline status. Support communication between Recruiting and Operations. Help ensure applicants receive updates regarding their application status. Reporting & Pipeline Visibility Monitor applicant flow, requisition activity, advertising performance, and recruiting metrics. Identify hiring challenges and communicate staffing progress. Recommend recruiting strategies to support hiring goals. Compliance Management Adhere to all federal, state, and local employment laws and company hiring practices throughout the recruitment process. Travel Travel as needed (5%-10%) to support hiring events, staffing initiatives, recruiter training, and special field recruiting projects. This role utilizes a variety of recruiting strategies to build applicant pipelines, drive applicant flow, manage recruiting advertisements, and partner closely with Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Managers to support hiring needs across the field organization. The US Field Recruiter serves as a trusted recruiting partner and subject matter expert for field leadership, providing guidance on sourcing strategies, hiring events, applicant attraction, recruitment advertising, and staffing initiatives. This position plays a critical role in helping operational leaders address staffing challenges and achieve hiring goals across their assigned territories. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who enjoys building applicant pipelines, supporting hiring events, partnering with field leadership, and using recruiting expertise to help solve staffing challenges across multiple store locations. Required Skills & Competencies Recruiting Experience Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience supporting retail, staffing, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or other high-volume hiring environments. Experience supporting hiring events, recruiting campaigns, or job fairs is preferred. Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage requisitions, applicant pipelines, communications, and recruiting workflows. Experience with Jobvite, Dayforce, or similar ATS platforms is preferred. Applicant Attraction & Sourcing Demonstrated ability to attract and engage applicants through multiple recruiting channels and outreach methods. Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with applicants, Store Managers, District Managers, Regional Managers, and internal stakeholders. Organizational Excellence Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, applicant pipelines, hiring events, and competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
