System Administrator (ConnectWise)We are a 50 person Cloud and Managed Services Provider based in New York, NY with almost four decades of experience supporting the local business community. With no set tech stack, we develop personalized solutions that best fit our clients needs and allow our team to touch a wide breadth of technologies.Our current opening is for a System Administrator (ConnectWise). The System Administrator (ConnectWise) will split time between providing remote escalated support and taking the lead in maintaining the server/networking infrastructures across various locations and helping your technical team modernize infrastructures.At this time, we are only considering System Administrator (ConnectWise) applicants with previous MSP experience.System Administrator (ConnectWise) Job Responsibilities:Provide remote and on-site server/workstation/network support and maintenanceInstall applications and operating systems on customer hardwareInvestigate user problems and identify their source; determine solutions; test and implement solutionsConfigure and install servers (Windows 2016-2022), firewalls (Cisco, SonicWALL, Meraki, Fortinet), switches (Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Unifi), and other related equipment, devices, and systemsWork in conjunction with the Project Manager to implement projects successfullySystem Administrator (ConnectWise) Knowledge Requirements:Strong Networking, CLI, Configuration KnowledgeStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 AdministrationFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure, Office365 Applications, SharePoint Online, AVDExperience with systems administration tasks, such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, etc.All Windows desktop and server operating systemsRMM platforms such as ConnectWise AutomateFamiliarity with Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Dell, and SonicWALL network equipmentSystem Administrator (ConnectWise) Benefits:Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance including 100% company paid healthcare premiums401(k) with company matchFlexible Spending AccountProfit SharingVacation, Personal, Parental LeaveCommuter/TransitChek ReimbursementCell Phone ReimbursementProfessional Development Assistance Bowman Williams
