\n \nProject Focused Senior MSP Role
\n \nWe are a premium New York City based Managed Services Provider hiring a Senior System Administrator to lead hands on infrastructure projects across financial services, legal, and other professional services clients.
\n \nThis is not a traditional ticket focused System Administrator role. You will spend the majority of your time delivering technical projects involving cloud migrations, network deployments, server modernization, office builds, endpoint management, and Microsoft security.
\n \nYou will work closely with Project Managers, Account Teams, and senior engineers while serving as a trusted technical resource for clients.
\n \nWhat You Will Work On
\n• Deliver client projects from technical design through implementation and handoff
\n• Lead Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and cloud migration initiatives
\n• Perform client onboardings, offboardings, office builds, and office moves
\n• Deploy and configure networks, firewalls, switches, wireless, and related infrastructure
\n• Implement Entra ID, Intune, MDM, MAM, and Conditional Access solutions
\n• Execute Windows Server to server and server to cloud migrations
\n• Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during project delivery and serve as an escalation resource
\n• Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate progress to clients and internal teams
\n \nWhat We Are Looking For
\n• 3 to 5+ years of MSP experience is required
\n• 2+ years of hands on project engineering experience
\n• Strong experience implementing infrastructure projects from design through completion
\n• Strong Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and SharePoint experience
\n• CCNA level networking knowledge with hands on experience across switches, firewalls, wireless, VLANs, and network troubleshooting
\n• Experience with Meraki and common MSP tools including ConnectWise, RMM, PSA, and documentation platforms
\n• Ability to independently execute technical projects while collaborating with Project Managers and senior engineers
\n• Strong client communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
