Salesforce Architect Consultant

SAWS currently utilizes Salesforce as our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. While we have successfully implemented several key features and functionalities, we believe there is significant room for improvement in terms of system architecture, scalability, and customization. We aim to streamline our Salesforce instance, align it with industry best practices, and leverage its full potential to drive enhance customer satisfaction, and improve overall operational efficiency.

We are seeking a Salesforce Architect consultant who can assist us in achieving the following objectives:

• System Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct a thorough assessment of our existing Salesforce implementation, including architecture, configuration, customizations, and integrations. Identify gaps, pain points, and areas for improvement. Evaluate scalability, performance, and security aspects of the current system.
• Solution Design and Roadmap: Collaborate with our internal stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and executive management, to understand their requirements and goals. Develop a comprehensive solution design and roadmap to address the identified gaps and enhance the Salesforce ecosystem. Provide recommendations for system enhancements, platform optimization, and integration strategies.
• Customization and Configuration: Implement necessary changes, customizations, and configurations to align Salesforce with the desired solution design. Streamline data models, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency and user experience. Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and utility industry standards.
• Integration and Data Management: Analyze existing integrations with other systems and identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Propose strategies to enhance data management, data quality, and data governance within Salesforce. Develop and implement integration solutions to enable seamless data flow between Salesforce and other critical enterprise systems.
• Performance Optimization and Security: Conduct performance analysis and tuning exercises to improve system responsiveness, scalability, and reliability. Enhance security measures, including access controls, data encryption, and user authentication. Provide recommendations for disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

The following deliverables are expected throughout the engagement:

• System assessment report detailing current state analysis, identified gaps, and improvement recommendations.
• Comprehensive solution design and roadmap document outlining the proposed enhancements, integrations, and configuration changes.
• Implementation plan with timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Customization and configuration documentation.
• Integration solutions and documentation.
• Performance optimization enhancement recommendations.
• Deliver a secure configuration baseline for SAWS Salesforce org to reduce the risk of a security breach.
