This is not a remote position.ResponsibilitiesSupport the annual business planning/budgeting processes through preparation of data and analysesPartner with internal functions to analyze current month activity against approved budgets, assessing impact on projected annual profitabilityAssist in monthly forecasting of operating expensesPreparation of interim and monthly financial reports and responding to related inquiriesPerformance of data requests, financial analyses, and other financial modeling, as requested by those throughout the firm, including senior executivesRespond to financial surveys throughout the yearAssist with special projects among various teams nationwideQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsAlteryx, VBA, Power Query, and SQL skills preferred2 or more years of relevant experienceExcellent quantitative skills combined with an ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendationsHigh degree of professionalism and the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization from new hires to senior executivesExceptional client service mentality and strong work ethicOutstanding oral, written and interpersonal skillsAbility to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirementsMust be an excellent team player as well as work independentlySalary Range:$75,000 - $85,000Eligible for performance based bonusesWhy Kimley-Horn?At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
