About the Role The Strategic Planning Senior Analyst plays a key role in supporting enterprise strategy and driving business growth through data-driven insights, structured problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. This highly visible role partners with leaders across the organization to analyze market trends, evaluate strategic opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations that influence business decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with exceptional communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll help shape strategic initiatives by turning complex data into clear insights and compelling recommendations that support long-term growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategic Analysis & Insight Development o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. o Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to inform business strategy. o Complete recurring market scans to monitor competitor activity, promotions, and emerging opportunities. Structured Problem Solving & Business Strategy o Utilize structured problem-solving techniques to solve complex business challenges and identify opportunities for operational and strategic improvement. o Assist in the development and execution of long-term business strategies and enterprise initiatives. o Support strategic projects by evaluating business performance, risks, and growth opportunities. Executive Communication & Presentation Development o Prepare clear, concise, and impactful presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders. o Translate complex analyses into compelling business narratives and actionable recommendations. o Communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences across the organization. Data Analytics & Technology Enablement o Utilize AI-powered tools to improve research efficiency, data analysis, reporting, executive communication, and strategic decision-making processes. o Leverage data visualization and analytical tools to create meaningful reporting and business insights. o Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting automation, analytics, and strategic planning processes. What You Bring * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required * 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or a related analytical role * Experience supporting hospitality, entertainment, restaurant, or multi-unit businesses preferred * Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools and software * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI * Working knowledge of SQL preferred * Strong critical thinking and strategic problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively * Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams * Passion for living Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring BENEFITS Free Play & 1/2 price food!
