Fin & Crab is looking for a passionate and driven Hospitality Manager to join our team in beautiful Charleston, SC! This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and be a key part of a thriving hospitality operation. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house hospitality operations to ensure seamless service
- Lead, train, and motivate hospitality staff to maintain high performance and guest satisfaction standards
- Manage reservations, guest relations, and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor and maintain quality control across food, beverage, and service delivery
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing levels, and labor management to meet business demands
- Collaborate with ownership on menu planning, events, and promotional initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- 2+ years of experience in a hospitality management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
- Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management
- Food Handler's Certification or ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
