Body Shop EstimatorWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collision repair and a deep understanding of automotive diagnostics. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of repairs for a wide range of vehicles, from passenger cars to trucks.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify damage and assess repair needsUtilize knowledge of automotive repair and mechanical systems to determine the most effective and cost-efficient methods for repairing damaged vehiclesPrepare detailed estimates for vehicle repairs, including labor and parts costsCollaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of repairsCommunicate with customers to discuss repair options and provide detailed estimates for their approvalKeep accurate records of all estimates and repair work performedStay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair methodsMaintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions with customers and team membersPreferred Qualifications:A strong background in automotive collision repairAbility to effectively communicate with customers and team membersProficiency with estimating software and other technical toolsThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projectsA valid driver's license and a clean driving recordJob Type: Full-timePay: $75000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance
