Together, we build and play in Montana.What You'll Do:Estimate Projects: Analyze project documents, perform take-offs, and develop precise cost breakdowns.Bid with Confidence: Manage bid schedules, solicit vendor pricing, and ensure complete and competitive proposals.Collaborate & Coordinate: Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to align scope, budget, and requirements.Stay Organized & Efficient: Maintain detailed job folders, resource databases, and pricing structures for seamless estimating.What You Bring:5+ years of estimating experience in mechanical systems, plumbing, or HVAC.Strong knowledge of mechanical materials, installation methods, and cost analysis.Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and relevant industry codes.Experience with estimating software, spreadsheets, and vendor coordination.Exceptional analytical, communication, and time management skills.Benefits & Perks:At Williams, we take care of our team with competitive benefits, growth opportunities, and a culture that values work-life balance.
