Regional Sales Director - Medical Device

Regional Sales DirectorHIRE-IQ is recruiting a full-time Regional Sales Director for a well-established medical device company. This role leads the regional territory management team to achieve sales objectives while driving exceptional client satisfaction and long-term account growth.Responsibilities:Recruit, onboard, and lead Sales Managers, independent sales agents, and direct sales representatives within the assigned regionDevelop regional sales goals, strategic plans, and quota assignments aligned with overall company objectivesProvide ongoing coaching, performance management, and field support to Sales ManagersCultivate and strengthen relationships with key surgeons and hospital stakeholdersGather, analyze, and communicate customer insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategyIdeal Candidate:Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in a related field8+ years of progressive professional experience3–5 years of sales management experience within the medical device industryExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both one-on-one and group settingsDemonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring and team developmentStrong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skillsSound judgment with effective decision-making capabilitiesProven ability to develop strategic plans, prioritize initiatives, and drive executionProficient with relevant technologies and business systemsValid driver's license requiredOnly candidates that meet the above criteria will be considered.Compensation: $125,000-150,000 (Dependent on Experience)Benefits: Complete benefits package will be addressed during interview processMust be located within territoryTravel up to 50%Phone and video interviews are currently being scheduled with a start date as soon as possible.
