Responsibilities Must be able to demonstrate basic machinist/mechanical aptitude including the ability to read simple blueprints Accurately use measuring tools (micrometers, indicators, calipers, etc.) Make minor adjustments to tooling and CNC code or learn how to Ability to take direction and apply learned skills Clean shop area as requested Learn to run manual lathes/mills, experience a plus Candidate Expectations Some machining experience Have completed machining classes in career school or otherwise Ability to work to close tolerances Willing to work overtime as needed Benefits Butech Bliss offers a competitive benefits package which includes medical insurance premium at no cost to the employee, $2,500 deductible and 100% paid once deductible is met, a $1,250 dental/eye reimbursement, 401K with employer match up to 4%, generous paid vacation, an opportunity for raises every 6 months, and much more.
