Through collaboration with professionals, families, and community partners, we help individuals achieve their goals with personalized, inclusive support.Position SummaryThe Direct Support Professional (DSP) plays a vital role in promoting the health, safety, and well-being of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll support daily living activities, community engagement, and personal development, while advocating for individual choice and dignity.As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within the Home and Community Department, you may provide person-centered support across a variety of settings, including individual homes, community-based programs, Community Participation Supports (CPS), and Managed Care Organization (MCO) services.
