Summary The Client Experience Host delivers a world class client experience by greeting and engaging clients, maintaining showroom hospitality and supporting Sales Consultants and VIP room operations. The role involves researching client preferences, using CRM to personalize experiences, managing hospitality stations and ensuring showroom standards are upheld. The Host models company culture, completes required training and supports operational improvements while maintaining confidentiality. Responsibilities Welcome clients promptly and act as first point of contact for internal and external clients Use CRM to research client interests and personalize experiences Maintain and stock client experience and hospitality stations Support Sales Consultants within the showroom and VIP room Promote a positive in-showroom atmosphere and model company culture Keep showroom housekeeping and hospitality standards maintained Complete training requirements and follow company policies and procedures Recommend and implement changes to improve floor efficiency and operational practices Ensure security of systems and confidentiality of client data Requirements Experience in hospitality preferred Jewelry or watch product knowledge preferred Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver world class customer experience Basic selling techniques and ability to support a high performing team IT literate with excellent organisational and multitasking skills Flexible and adaptable to change with a professional approach High level of confidentiality #J-18808-Ljbffr
