Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm

What You’ll Do:

Respond to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions, and client complaints
Resolve issues related to orders, delivery dates, and service
Determine the root cause of client concerns, identify and explain the best solution, and expedite corrections or adjustments
Follow up to ensure every issue is fully resolved

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma
Strong client service and active listening skills
Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Freight forwarding knowledge
Solid documentation skills with a focus on quality and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
