The Learning & Development (L&D) Partner serves as a strategic consultant to assigned business units, aligning learning strategy with organizational priorities. This role designs and deploys innovative learning and organizational development solutions that build leadership capability, strengthen team performance, and drive measurable business outcomes. The L&D Partner integrates consultative expertise, instructional design, and organizational effectiveness practices to translate business needs into impactful development experiences. Commitment to Quality: The IEHP Team is committed to incorporate IEHP’s Quality Program goals including, but not limited to, HEDIS, CAHPS, and NCQA Accreditation. Education & Requirements At least five (5) years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management required Experience partnering with senior leaders in complex organizations Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Education, HR, or related field from an accredited institution preferred Key Qualifications Expertise in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE or equivalent) Knowledge of adult learning theory and performance consulting Experience facilitating leadership development programs.
