Accounting Manager

If you are interested in more details please apply today!Key ResponsibilitiesManage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliationsOversee project and job cost accounting for engineering projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract termsPrepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and project profitability reportsMaintain and support Deltek system functionality, including project setup, cost tracking, revenue recognition, and reportingCollaborate with project managers to review budgets, labor utilization, WIP, and project forecastsSupport audits, tax filings, and internal controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of accounting experience within the engineering, architecture, or professional services industryHands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint and/or Deltek Vision requiredStrong understanding of project accounting, revenue recognition, and job costingAdvanced Excel skills and experience preparing financial and management reportsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyIf you are interested in more details about this exciting new job please apply today!
