Accounting Manager/Supervisor

Apply today with Jonathan Spielvogel of Robert Half!Major responsibilities- Possess a thorough knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems- Ensure close deadlines are met by encouraging and managing the accounting team performance during the closing process- Team up with FP& A and accounting management to develop relevant, timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook- Contribute to the preparation of GAAP financial statements, which includes document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes- Assist in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, which includes designing systems and processes, migrating data, testing, training, and administrating- Regular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts owned by Senior Accountant- Assemble various technical accounting policies, procedures, and analyses- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset- Recent relevant financial experience- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience- Solid technical skills- Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently- Proficiency in month end closings- Big 4 Accounting Firm experience- NetSuite experience- Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable- CPA or MBA preferred
