What You'll Expect As the Executive Chef, you’ll lead all back-of-house kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, recipe consistency, and strict food safety standards. You’ll manage staff, control costs, and create an exceptional dining experience for guests. What You'll Do Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff to meet operational and quality standards Oversee daily kitchen production and maintain recipe consistency Monitor food quality, cleanliness, organization, and safety Control food and labor costs through effective scheduling and orderingApprove invoices, manage inventory, and implement new menus Conduct training sessions, food demonstrations, and performance reviews Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance menu creativity Maintain strong communication with leadership and foster a positive team environment What You'll Bring Minimum 5 years’ kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume restaurants High school diploma or equivalent; culinary certifications preferred Current ServSafe Food Manager, Allergen, and Chokesaver certifications Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Organizational skills and attention to detail What We Require Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in environments with heat, noise, and secondhand smoke #J-18808-Ljbffr Beach Club Casino
