Heavy Equipment Operator II - Municipal Services (Roads & Sewers)

City of Independence

The City of Independence seeks an Equipment Operator I for the Municipal Services Department, Collection System Maintenance Division. Under supervision, you will operate heavy construction and right-of-way equipment to build and maintain roads, sewers, and related infrastructure. You will perform traffic control, minor repairs, logs/reports, and emergency services as needed, including snow removal. Requires CDL Class B with endorsements, NIMS training within six months, and map-reading #J-18808-Ljbffr City of Independence
