Job Description As a Growth & Partnerships Associate, you will work directly with the founder to launch and scale miniPT in the San Francisco market. You'll drive user acquisition by building strategic relationships with local gyms, personal trainers, and fitness creators. This performance-driven role offers hands-on experience in sales, strategy, and startup operations from day one. Track and report on pipeline activity, conversion, and retention metrics to refine local acquisition campaigns and social media strategy.
