A Hotel Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to guests by managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and addressing customer needs with professionalism and efficiency. Working within a medium-sized team, the agent ensures smooth daily operations at a single hotel location and supports the front desk and guest services leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle reservation management using Opera reservation system
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly
- Process payments accurately and securely
- Assign rooms based on guest preferences and availability
- Answer phone calls and provide booking assistance
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in hospitality
