Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Role Overview: Provides direct medical-surgical nursing care, ensuring quality and patient safety. Key Responsibilities: Utilizes nursing standards to develop and implement personalized care plans, assess patient needs, and evaluate outcomes. Establishes effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams, advocating for patient needs. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure and BLS certification in the relevant state. Physical ability to perform patient care tasks, including lifting and mobility. No Prior Experience Required. Additional Details: Requires strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and teamwork skills. Performs point of care testing and other duties as assigned.
