The position will also involve leading software optimization efforts for the HR category to ensure efficient and compliant technology usage. You will partner with various stakeholders to provide insights that enable sound decision‑making and mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities Ensure adherence to Jira governance policies and data accuracy. Proactively identify and resolve issues with project data and timelines. Manage intake processes for enhancements and track them effectively. Develop and refine guidance for consistent tool usage. Prepare and present portfolio health and risk reports to leadership. Must-Have Skills Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and reporting. Experience in portfolio governance and hygiene practices. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
