Senior Compliance Analyst - Tax Credit & HUD Programs

United Apartment Group is seeking a Compliance Analyst to ensure multi-family projects meet IRS, HUD and state/local requirements. You will act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, funding partners and compliance entities. Responsibilities include auditing lease files, preparing month-end and audit reports, coordinating training, and maintaining accurate compliance documentation across the portfolio.
