Administrative Assistant

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a short-term assignment supporting contract administration and document management. This role requires strong organization, discretion, and the ability to manage electronic documentation while coordinating with internal teams and leadership. Responsibilities Review and manage contracts and related documentation Process and maintain electronic documents using DocuSign Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations Prepare reports on the status and tracking of contracts Maintain accurate records and organized documentation systems Communicate professionally with staff and management Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive matters and investigations Qualifications Previous administrative or office support experience preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience working with electronic documents or contract files is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management High level of professionalism and discretion This is an 8–12 week temporary assignment , ideal for candidates who are organized, reliable, and comfortable managing administrative processes in a professional office environment.
