As a Membership Advisor, you’ll be the face of Crunch — helping new members start their fitness journey, building community connections, and driving membership growth. Key Responsibilities: Drive external membership sales and bring new business into the club Give engaging tours and offer trial memberships to prospective members Activate new memberships and upgrade existing ones Build strong relationships with members, prospects, and local businesses Participate in community events and create partnerships with local vendors Collaborate with ownership and marketing to execute promotional campaigns Assist with front desk duties which include greeting members, answering phones, and helping at the juice bar Consistently strive to meet and exceed monthly sales goals Qualifications: Previous sales experience required (fitness industry experience preferred) Excellent communication and customer service skills Energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly personality Strong organization and time management skills Ability to multitask and work as part of a team Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Perks & Benefits: Complimentary Crunch Select gym membership Employee discounts on products and services Apply today with your resume!
