Position Summary Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling raw materials and finished product as well as maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. This is a union position after 90 days of employment. This is a second shift position, is Monday - Friday 3 pm - 11 pm. What You’ll Do In This Role Know and practice company Vision, Mission, Purpose, Promise, and Values Unload incoming raw materials and record load and lot information Package and load product in appropriate package with correct weight Accurately fulfill customer orders in a professional, timely manner Safely operate manufacturing equipment and machinery Maintain clean and orderly work environment Manage inventory for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods Maintain open communication between colleagues and management Other duties as assigned Requirements What You'll Bring: Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required Willingness to operate material handling equipment including a forklift, skid steer, and other equipment as required Ability to repetitively lift packages up to 50 lb. (or 110lb. with a partner) while working in a non-climate-controlled dusty environment Good math and organizational skills Able to follow written and verbal directions and complete the necessary documentation.
