What You'll Do

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll take ownership of the customer experience from the initial conversation through the close.

• Conduct scheduled in-home appointments with prospective clients.

• Build rapport and create a comfortable, professional experience for each customer.

• Ask questions to understand customers' needs, goals, and concerns.

• Explain insurance products and solutions in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

• Present recommendations based on each client's individual needs.

• Answer questions and handle objections with confidence and professionalism.

• Guide customers through the sales process and help them make informed decisions.

• Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.

• Stay current on products, training, and sales best practices.

• Work toward individual and team sales goals.

Compensation

This is a commission-based sales opportunity with significant earning potential.

Top-performing representatives can earn approximately $70,000–$150,000 annually , based on individual sales performance.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Valid driver's license.

• Reliable transportation to travel to customer appointments.

• Mobile device for communication and record-keeping.

• Comfortable working independently and traveling within your assigned territory.

• Must possess or be willing to obtain a Life and Health Insurance license .

Work Environment

This is an in-home, field-based sales position . You'll travel within your assigned territory to meet with customers at their homes and conduct consultations.
