We provide excellent benefits and perks, including:Health insurancePaid time off (PTO)A Day in the Life of a Property ManagerAs a Property Manager, you will take ownership of the property's performance, working to maximize occupancy, net revenue, and property value. You'll oversee a team that includes assistant managers, leasing agents, maintenance supervisors, technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers. Your responsibilities include:Developing and executing competitive marketing and leasing strategiesLeading a proactive resident retention plan with strong customer serviceManaging budgets, financial records, deposits, and safeguarding property fundsEnsuring lease documents, reports, and procedures are completed accurately and on timeCollaborating with your Regional Manager on supplies, staffing, and risk managementHiring, training, and developing team membersOverseeing maintenance projects and ensuring safety standards are metMaintaining the property's curb appeal and overall conditionProperty Manager QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least 2 years of multifamily residential property management/supervisory experienceService industry experienceExperience with One-Site softwareAbility to work scheduled hours, be on-call, and work overtime or weekends as neededValid driver's licenseAre You the Right Fit?Do you love leading and developing teams?
