Korean Bilingual Import Coordinator (NJ)

Position: Korean Bilingual Import Coordinator Location: Secaucus, NJ (100% Onsite) Employment Type: Full time role About Our Client A Leading Logistics Company Job Summary To help excel the company’s growth, we’re seeking an eager and passionate individual to join their team as an Import Coordinator supporting the Import Team’s operational tasks. Job Description Prepare, control, and distribute all required air and ocean import documentation in a timely fashion to appropriate parties (e.g., delivery orders, arrival notice, etc.) Ensure system information matches actual documentation Communicate with air and ocean carriers, origin and destination locations regarding shipment status, special handling, and delivery of freight Mediate delivery requirements and shipment tracking between customers, truckers, brokers, warehouses, and vendors to ensure proper delivery Ensure accuracy and completeness of import documentation Act as an operational liaison with customers to provide excellent, professional customer service Coordinate truck deliveries with the dispatch team Handle order fulfillment operations, billing, and customer service functions in a timely manner Qualifications Associate’s Degree (minimum); Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) 1+ years of experience in handling customer service (preferred) 1+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain (preferred) Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Speaks Korean (mandatory) Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Benefits Health, Dental, Vision Insurance – 100% coverage for you and family 401(k) Company Match Free Daily Lunch Catering Annual performance-based incentives Certification Recognition Program Fitness Center Membership Subsidy Program #J-18808-Ljbffr Cesna-Recruitment
