Electrician

Now hiring Electricians for a manufacturing company in Minerva.

Afternoon and Evening shifts are available.

Weekly pay starting at $18 per hour, but could be more depending on experience.

Job Duties

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on foundry equipment, machinery, and production lines.
• Install, maintain, and repair motors, control panels, PLC systems, conveyors, furnaces, and automated equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and industrial machinery.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Diagnose electrical malfunctions using testing equipment such as multimeters and voltage testers.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and electrical codes.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, machine installations, and process improvements.
• Respond quickly to equipment downtime to minimize production interruptions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation.
• Work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to support plant operations.
• Any other task requested by a supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous Electrician experience is required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to problem-solve.
