What You'll Own The customer relationship — from first call to final walkthrough, you're the person they trust Customer communication — keeping clients informed, updated, and confident throughout their project Day-to-day operations — you're accountable for how your location runs, making sure the team, the jobs, and the moving pieces are all working together Problem-solving — when issues come up (and they will), you handle them with professionalism and speed Team leadership — you set the tone for how your location shows up every day Location performance — you track the numbers, report to leadership, and push for continuous improvement Quality assurance — making sure every job that goes out the door meets the Kowboy Fence standard What You Bring 3+ years in operations, project management, or a leadership role A natural ability to build relationships and keep customers coming back Strong communication skills and a cool head under pressure Experience in construction, fencing, or the trades is a major plus A bias toward action — you don't wait to be told, you make things happen What You Get Competitive base salary + quarterly performance bonus Health benefits + PTO A real seat at the table in a company that's actively expanding Leadership that actually listens and invests in your growth About Kowboy Fence Company Kowboy Fence Company is a family-owned fencing contractor with locations across Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky.
