Job Description We are seeking experienced Transactional Paralegals to support a leading law firm client on a temporary basis. This role will assist attorneys with a variety of corporate and transactional matters, with a preference for candidates who have exposure to real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced law firm environment. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys in all phases of transactional matters Prepare, review, organize, and maintain transaction‑related documentation Assist with due diligence, document management, and closing activities Coordinate signature collection and execution of legal documents Track transaction milestones, deadlines, and deliverables Manage electronic and physical deal files Conduct legal, corporate, and property‑related research as needed Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders Provide administrative and project support for multiple ongoing matters Qualifications 3+ years of transactional paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department Experience supporting corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, or other commercial matters Real estate transaction experience preferred Strong document management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Paralegal certificate preferred but not required Work Arrangement Onsite in New York City Monday through Friday Immediate availability preferred Ideal Candidate Prior law firm experience Experience supporting high‑volume transactional practices Comfortable working independently while managing multiple matters simultaneously Compensation The Compensation range for this role is $30.00 to 40.00 hourly. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
