About the RoleWe are seeking a Packaging Associate to join our team and play a crucial role in the preparation and packaging of our cannabis products. This position is responsible for weighing, recording, packaging, and labeling bulk flower and pre-rolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
AM and PM Shifts Needed
Responsibilities- Accurately package and label cannabis flower and pre-rolls by weight as directed.
- Maintain a high level of quality and consistency in all packaged products.
- Ensure an accurate inventory count and notify management of any discrepancies.
- Conduct quality control checks for defects and remove any non-compliant products.
- Assist with inventory counts and inform management of low stock levels.
- Cross-train and assist in other areas during slow periods.
- Adhere to Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) regulations and company policies.
- Meet daily packaging quotas while maintaining product integrity.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively.
- Comfortable standing for at least 8 hours.
- Must hold a valid Facility Agent Card with the Arizona Department of Health Services.
