About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications, updates, and renewals.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of customer interactions.
• Contribute to agency growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, banking, hospitality, or another client facing-role.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective clients.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Driven, personable, and motivated to succeed in a performance-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Licensed in Property & Casualty.
• Prior insurance sales experience.

Pay range and compensation package

• Stable base salary plus commission.
• Full earnings potential from $55,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on performance.
• Additional incentives and rewards for achieving business development milestones.
