MaziCTools is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Cigna Healthcare – Medicare Supplemental Benefits team. In this remote role, you'll assist clients by handling inquiries and conducting phone verification interviews guided by federal and Medicare guidelines. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
