Pay: $2490.48 weekly


Shifts: 12 hr D/N rotate, weekends as scheduled


Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN for a Stepdown travel assignment in Wheeling, WV. This role requires expertise in the Intermediate Care Unit within an acute care setting. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

• Provide patient care in the Intermediate Care Unit with typical patient ratios of 1:5 to occasionally 1:6.
• Interpret and manage telemetry monitoring and strips independently.
• Titrate various drips including Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dopamine, and others as necessary.
• Conduct accurate groin checks and manage radial bands pre/post catheterization.
• Float to Tele or MedSurg units as required, adjusting to varying patient ratios.

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

• Current and unexpired RN license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience in an Intermediate Care Unit or similar acute care setting
• Ability to start IVs
• Licensing hits must be disclosed at time of submission
