OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Westland, MI by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Based in Westland, MI, you’ll haul hazmat freight across all 48 states, prioritizing punctual deliveries and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate late-model tractors equipped with APU, inverter, and sleeper berth
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations for hazardous materials
- Keep accurate logbooks and perform routine vehicle inspections
