Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication needs in a vibrant educational environment for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time speech-language pathologist position splits time between two high schools and one elementary school, partnering with dedicated teams focused on life skills and inclusion. The assignment follows a traditional academic calendar and offers a meaningful caseload of approximately 33 students.

Your week will be evenly divided: spend half your days at a campus specializing in special education and the remainder fostering socialization and communication at a second school site. While you’ll work independently day-to-day, robust support is in place—benefit from virtual and monthly collaboration with a seasoned SLP team as well as daily access to special education, paraeducator, and assistant staff.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• CCC-certified Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong foundation in supporting students with diverse abilities, especially those participating in life skills programming
• Background in feeding and swallowing safety and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) experience is highly valued, but training will be provided if needed
• Capable of managing a caseload across both elementary and high school levels

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech-language services to students according to IEP goals
• Support life skills programming, including feeding/swallowing and AAC interventions
• Collaborate with special education and support staff on individualized plans
• Track student progress and maintain compliant documentation
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and monthly SLP collaboration
