Join to apply for the Machine Operator 3rd Shift role at Johnsonville Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI Position Overview Pay Range: $27.60/hr - $28.94/hr + $2.00 Shift Premium Hours: 9:00pm - 5:30am, Sunday - Thursday (Overtime as production demands) Responsibilities Consistently manufacture "great tasting" sausage products according to specifications Work together with other Formulation Members to obtain World Class blending results in safety, yields, usages, and efficiencies. Must be willing to cross train and run the Franco-Matic in the stuffing department Participate in daily Grill meetings and project teams Have the opportunity to think pro-actively and understand how formulation effects plant flow Set goals and objectives; both personal and as a team member to acquire "superlative" performance in order to support the Johnsonville Way Grow, develop, and stretch yourself by continuing to find new and better ways to meet your commitments to yourself, your team and to JVL. Create and update a Personal Development Commitment to help you set goals and focus on your accomplishments. Have the opportunity to rotate within Formulation as well as other departments for break relief Education — Experience Manufacturing experience in the Food Industry preferred. Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills required Ability to multiply, divide, subtract, and add up to 10,000 is required Must be able to complete production documentation paperwork accurately Must be able to lift up to 60lbs Must be able to obtain a fork-lift license Must be able to set up the Wolfking grinder independently after proper training Must be able to identify formulation Critical Control Points (CCPs) and maintain all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Must be willing to learn basic computer skills such as Word, Excel, Access etc Must be able to learn SAP Basic and RF scanner training Must be willing to cross-train in the Riverside Stuffing department Based on business necessity, must be proficient in English Other Requirements Ability to pass a pre-employment, post offer drug screen, physical and background check Benefits And Compensation Members have potential for a monthly bonus and 401k with a company match.
