Role Description We are seeking a full-time Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate to join our on-site team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves managing property sales transactions, building and maintaining client relationships, researching real estate trends, and advising clients on property options. You will be responsible for engaging with potential buyers and sellers, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales goals through proactive client management, networking, and negotiation. This role requires self-motivation, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market. Qualifications Knowledge of Real Estate, Real Property, and a valid Real Estate License Experience in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed targets Strong Customer Service skills, emphasizing responsiveness and relationship-building Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with the Charlotte, NC commercial real estate market is a plus A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
