As a Producer/Editor with Ravens Productions, you’ll help shape the visual identity of one of the NFL’s most dynamic franchises. You’ll be on the front lines capturing the energy of game day, crafting cinematic stories that resonate with fans, and building content that moves seamlessly across platforms. Nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the rhythm because the moments worth capturing don’t wait. We’re searching for a Producer/Editor who thrives in fast‑paced creative environments and knows how to turn raw footage into bold, emotionally charged storytelling. You’ll concept, produce, and edit both long‑form and short‑form content for social/digital channels, broadcast, and in‑stadium Ravensvision. From hype pieces to heartfelt features, you’ll bring ideas to life from the first spark to the final cut. You’ll collaborate with a tight‑knit team that values originality, experimentation, and the ability to deliver when the pressure is highest. What You’ll Do Create standout edits - fresh, innovative, platform‑native pieces that elevate the Ravens brand, players, and coaches. Support brand campaigns ensuring storytelling clarity, visual consistency, and seamless sponsorship integration. Collaborate with leadership and creative teams to take campaigns from concept to polished final deliverables. Produce timely digital content for Ravens social platforms with fast or real‑time turnaround. Shape narrative and emotional impact through intentional storytelling choices. Own projects end‑to‑end while staying aligned with brand guidelines. Adapt across genres and production styles with ease. Identify compelling storylines during shoots and events, turning them into engaging content. Direct and interview talent including players during shoots. Cut content in real time during Ravens home games for rapid distribution. Attend league tentpole events (Combine, Draft, etc.) to create timely NFL and Ravens content. Maintain organized media workflows in partnership with the post‑production team. What You Bring 5+ years of professional producing/editing experience , ideally in sports, entertainment, or digital media. Attention to detail and strong communication skills for managing relationships across departments. Field‑producing experience and a sharp storytelling instinct. Comfort in fast‑paced environments where priorities shift quickly. A standout portfolio showcasing creativity, rhythm, sound design, and a unique point of view. Mastery of Adobe Premiere and strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite. Deep understanding of social trends and platform‑specific storytelling. Collaborative mindset with the ability to take feedback and iterate quickly. Comfort working under pressure , including nights and weekends. Professionalism and discretion around athletes and internal stakeholders. Salary and Benefits: Range: $80,000 – 85,000 Company-paid health insurance, including health and vision.
