Join Our Team at Comfort Dental Golden! – Chairside Dental Assistant Opportunity

Are you a friendly, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment? Comfort Dental Golden is looking for a Chairside Dental Assistant to support our growing general dentistry practice in Golden, CO.

With four experienced providers and a steady flow of patients, this is an excellent opportunity to build your dental career alongside a collaborative and supportive team.

What You’ll Do:

As a vital part of our clinical team, you’ll help ensure smooth and efficient dental procedures while making patients feel comfortable and cared for. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing trays and sterilizing instruments

• Charting patient dental histories and current conditions

• Taking x-rays and performing coronal polishing

• Providing chairside assistance to dentists during a variety of procedures

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

You’ll gain hands-on experience in a team-oriented office that values communication, accountability, and patient satisfaction.

• Organized with strong attention to detail

• Self-motivated and eager to learn

• Comfortable using dental software and digital tools

• Previous dental experience is preferred but not required—recent dental assistant program graduates are encouraged to apply!

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Dental assisting experience preferred, but not mandatory

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $20.00 – $25.00 (based on experience)

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts, Monday – Friday

• 6-hour rotating Saturday shifts
