Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.

• Drive revenue growth and market share for Cash Management and Trade Finance products within the Mid-Cap and SME segments.
• Acquire new-to-bank clients and deepen existing relationships by structuring and delivering tailored transaction banking solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to identify cross-selling opportunities and execute targeted client acquisition strategies.
• Analyze clients' working capital cycles to design, pitch, and implement efficient cash and trade solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to identify new business opportunities and ensure compliance.
• Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a high-performance sales culture and drive collective targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in transaction banking sales, with a strong specialization in cash management and trade finance.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client portfolios within the Mid-Cap and SME segments.
• Deep technical knowledge of working capital solutions, trade structures, risk mitigation, and digital banking platforms.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams and diverse business units.
