As a Registered Nurse Dementia Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Providing hands-on care to our residents with dementia, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
• Leading and managing a team of caregivers to ensure high-quality care is being delivered
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans for each resident
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
