Global Product Manager

Global Product Manager (AAC Software): Shaping the future strategy and evolution of widely used AAC software, focusing on discovering and delivering solutions that improve outcomes for therapists, families, and AAC users. Focus on identifying the right problems, enabling teams to deliver valuable outcomes, and contributing to commercial success through go-to-market strategy, pricing, and business models. What you will do Own the product vision and strategy, continuously refining direction based on learning and outcomes. Lead continuous discovery, translating user insights, data, and market understanding into opportunities. Partner with Design and Engineering to define problems, test assumptions, and validate solutions. Define and track outcome-based metrics and KPIs to guide prioritization and decision-making. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners for feedback and alignment. Contribute to the commercial success of products, including go-to-market strategy, pricing, and business models. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in software product management . Strong product judgment and experience working with empowered, cross-functional teams. Proven ability to drive outcomes through discovery, experimentation, and iteration. Data-informed decision-making, using qualitative and quantitative insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to have Product management methodologies (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM). Customer-centric or technology product design experience. Familiarity with Scaled Agile Frameworks or enterprise product management.
