HR Operations Specialist

HR Operations Specialist: Supporting HR Operations with a focus on Swedish payroll and the employee lifecycle with an accent on operational excellence and compliance. Focus on managing end-to-end payroll processes and coordinating global mobility and work permits. Location: Hybrid in Stockholm or Gothenburg, Sweden Company Einride is a company transforming road freight through digital, electric, and autonomous technologies, aiming to accelerate sustainability goals globally. What you will do Manage end-to-end Swedish payroll processing and support coordination for EMEA and US operations. Ensure accuracy, security, and audit-readiness of payroll and HR processes. Partner with the Finance team for seamless reporting and reconciliation. Oversee the full employee journey, including global mobility and work permit coordination with external partners. Support practicalities of employee onboarding and offboarding for smooth transitions. Serve as a key advisor to HRBPs, supporting organizational changes and leadership transitions. Requirements 3–5 years of experience within HR Operations or as an HR Generalist, with a solid grasp of the full employee lifecycle. At least 3 years of experience running Swedish payroll independently and confidence in Swedish labor law, taxes, and benefits. Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, and comfort navigating various payroll systems and HR tech. Experience in HR within international contexts and a strong interest in global payroll and mobility. Proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in both English and Swedish . Nice to have Prior experience managing EMEA payroll and US payroll. Hands-on experience with Mobility and Immigration processes.
