VP, Growth Marketing

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Growth Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This leader will own the strategy and execution of multi-channel growth programs that drive demand, strengthen pipeline conversion, and improve activation across the buyer journey. The role partners closely with Sales and Product to align marketing efforts with revenue goals, while also elevating website performance, experimentation, and measurement discipline. It is a highly visible leadership position with responsibility for building scalable analytics, optimizing paid creative, and guiding a high-performing team. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $305,000 – $330,000 annually Responsibilities Own demand generation strategy across multiple channels including paid search and organic Collaborate with Sales and Product to enhance pipeline conversion and activation processes Oversee marketing website performance and continuous buyer journey optimization Develop and implement paid creative strategies, ensuring performance tracking Establish comprehensive marketing analytics and reporting systems for leadership insights Cultivate a rigorous experimentation culture to drive continuous improvement Lead and develop a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a culture of ownership Qualifications 12+ years in growth, demand generation, or revenue marketing in B2B SaaS with leadership experience Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel demand generation with measurable outcomes Direct experience with marketing analytics, attribution, and optimizing website performance Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills for building measurement frameworks Proven ability to lead and influence multi-functional teams effectively Benefits Highly competitive employer-heavy coverage including $0 premium options Strong 401(k) match Equity offerings for employees Flexible time off to support work-life balance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
