We are looking for a hands-on Service Manager to help us lead & grow!Key Responsibilities:Lead and drive daily operations including the kitchen, dining room, bar, and host stand.Engage with guests. Receive feedback and comments to understand areas of opportunity and strengths.Create an environment that is safe, warm, and welcoming for all guests and team members.Monitor and coach team members on performance and compliance. Must be able to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure.Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills.Must be approachable and have good leadership skills.Must be at least 21 years of age.Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds (including trash bags).Position requires prolonged standing, bending, twisting and repetitive hand and wrist motion.Work with hot, cold, and/or hazardous materials and equipment.A valid driver's license, proof of insurance and non-slip shoes are required.
