On Premise Wine Consultant-Loudoun County

Overview Johnson Brothers, a family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer, is seeking a Sales Consultant to service bar and restaurant accounts in Loudoun County, VA. Responsibilities Manage an established sales territory, including selling, servicing, merchandising, and administration. Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable and ensure proper account management. Ensure consistent customer contact and plan and execute sales initiatives. Handle customer-related issues promptly and friendly. Present products effectively, using full understanding of products and pricing schedules. Achieve company objectives and grow business; identify and nurture new accounts. Utilize all available POS to enhance selling efforts. Perform reliable inventory checks and communicate to minimize order mistakes. Properly rotate products on shelves, cold boxes, displays, etc. Adhere to company policies and procedures, handling paperwork timely. Qualifications BA/BS college degree or related industry experience. Prior route sales experience (highly preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Results-driven mindset with goal orientation. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance. Local candidates preferred; no relocation package. Must pass drug screen, physical, and criminal background check. Employment Details Regular Time; Full time. Worker Sub-Type: Regular Time.
